Alsace

Eguisheim

Evidently in Alsace their hamsters have proven untrustworthy in the past.

There was something about the hotel bathroom that said "The Shining"

Bergheim

"From 1534 to 1852 the west entrance was home to  the LACK'MI, a bas-relief of a man mooning his pursuers. This character, famous throughout the region illustrates the right to asylum, recognized since 1361. Between 1530 and 1667 Bergheim welcomed 744 refugees guilty of non-premeditated or excusable crimes and misdemeanors."

Perhaps this should be a submission to the French translation committee for the upcoming DSM-5.
